Photography Service Policies
These policies are designed to ensure clear communication and protect both the Photographer and Client during the service process.
1. Booking & Arrival
- The Client must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If the shoot is scheduled for 8:00 AM, the Client is expected to arrive at 7:45 AM for preparations.
- The scheduled time (e.g., 8:00 AM) marks the official start of the shoot, whether the Client is ready or not.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in cash in U.S. Dollars.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure the date. The remaining balance is due upon to the shoot day.

- No refunds will be issued due to disagreements with the artistic style or preferences (see Section 5: Style).
3. Overrun & Late Arrivals
- If the Client is late and the session extends past the agreed time (e.g., after 9:00 AM for a session starting at 8:00 AM), an additional hourly fee of $150 will apply.
- Overrun extensions are subject to the Photographer's availability and discretion.
4. Ownership & Usage Rights
- The Photographer retains full ownership and global rights to all images, including the right to use the photos for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
- The Client will receive edited digital images in high resolution. RAW images will not be provided.
- Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final images for personal use.
5. Delivery of Photos
- The Photographer will deliver edited photos within four (4) days of the session.
- Images will be delivered in high resolution (300 DPI), suitable for printing and digital use.
- The Photographer is not responsible for storing files beyond the delivery date. If the Client loses the images and requires them to be re-uploaded, a $100 re-upload fee will apply.
6. Style & Artistic Discretion
- The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the Photographer’s portfolio on instagram and expects the work to be consistent with that style.
- The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to incorporate any suggestions, but artistic discretion remains solely with the Photographer.
- The Photographer’s aesthetic judgment will be the final decision on all aspects of the photos, including color, lighting, and composition.
- Disagreement with the Photographer's artistic style or vision does not justify a refund or cancellation.
7. Consistency of Style
- The Photographer will use reasonable efforts to ensure consistency with their current portfolio and will consult with the Client regarding specific preferences.
- However, artistic choices may vary depending on the environment, lighting, and unforeseen factors during the session.
By booking with the Photographer, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions. These policies ensure that both parties are clear on expectations and responsibilities.
Additional Considerations:
- Travel Fees: Any travel outside of a specific radius will incur additional charges, to be discussed during booking.
